Message	they went to check fluids in the car and right away couldn't find the washer fluid, and couldn't read the dipstick. i had to go into the work bay and show them how to read my modified dipstick (hacksaw cuts to catch the oil) and point out that the washer fluid was in the rear. glad they came to get me instead of assuming or guessing wether or not it was full or low.
